Our gas circulation heaters, also referred to as inline flow heaters, are engineered to meet the most stringent requirements in terms of safety, thermal performance, and mechanical robustness, even in highly demanding environments involving high temperatures, high pressures, and ATEX-classified areas.
The gas is heated directly inside the heater by means of an electric heating element.
Temperature control is achieved using thermal sensors specifically adapted to the heating elements, combined with electromechanical safety devices or advanced electronic control systems.
Our gas circulation heaters are manufactured in full compliance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), the ASME Code, and other relevant international standards.
Temperature regulation is provided by dedicated thermal sensors associated with electronic safety and control devices.
This technology ensures optimized heat transfer, accurate temperature control, and reliable protection of the installation.
Explosion-proof gas heaters are specially designed for operation in explosive atmospheres classified as Category II 2G or 2D (Zones 1 and 21), in accordance with the highest industrial safety requirements.

Each heater is delivered with an EC-Type Examination Certificate issued under the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC, guaranteeing full compliance with the applicable European standards for equipment intended for explosive atmospheres.In addition, GOST and IECEx certifications can be provided upon request for specific projects, ensuring conformity with the requirements of international industrial installations.
DVGW certification (Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches) is also available, providing a recognized guarantee of reliability for natural gas and water-related applications in accordance with German standards.
“BLACK” Type Gas Circulation Heaters
“Black” type gas circulation heaters provide indirect gas heating inside a tubular heat exchanger.
This exchanger, together with the electric heating elements, is embedded in an aluminium thermal mass serving as a heat-transfer medium, enclosed within a carbon steel or stainless-steel housing.
The tubular heat exchanger, the only pressure-retaining component, is designed in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), the ASME Code, or other applicable international standards.
All technical specifications, dimensions, connections, mounting orientation, and heating capacity are fully defined according to customer requirements.
Power and temperature control can be achieved either through a basic control cabinet (on/off operation) or through a dedicated temperature regulation panel.

“EX” Gas Circulation Heater
Compact gas circulation heater designed for heating small quantities of gas, such as counterflow gas, equipped with a tube bundle and a self-regulating heating insert, 200 W, suitable for flow rates up to 20 Nm³/h.
