Our industrial fluid circulation heaters are designed to meet the most demanding requirements of advanced industrial applications.
They ensure reliable and efficient heating of circulating fluids and are DVGW-certified (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water). They are designed, manufactured, and inspected in compliance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97/23/EC), the ASME Code, and other applicable international standards. Design practices follow AD2000, ASME, and additional relevant codes.
Available in explosion-proof (ATEX) versions up to 300 kW and up to approximately 2 MW for other models, these heaters support a wide range of supply voltages from 230 to 690 V.
Our fluid circulation heaters are compatible with nominal diameters from DN 40 to DN 1200 and nominal pressures ranging from PN 16 to PN 100. Installation lengths vary from 400 mm to 3000 mm, allowing optimal integration into diverse industrial systems.
Material selection is carried out based on operating conditions and customer-specific requirements, with options including carbon steel, painted steel, stainless steel, and special alloys. High-temperature circulation heaters are available in multi-stage configurations for process temperatures up to 700°C.
Our circulation heaters can also be designed for high operating pressures, up to approximately 500 bar, providing a robust and reliable solution for the most demanding environments.
Our ATEX-certified heaters are delivered with an EC-Type Examination Certificate (in accordance with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC), and GOST and IECEx certifications are available upon request.
