The MTF constant wattage heating cable is ideal for temperature maintenance and freeze protection of industrial piping, refrigeration circuits, and sensitive instrument lines.

Application Example:
At airports or bases located in cold climates, the lower rails of hangar doors must remain operational to allow safe door opening and closing.

Problem Example:
In winter, ice and snow accumulate on unheated rails, blocking movement and preventing proper door operation.

The Solution – MTF

The MTF (MiniTracer) constant wattage heating cable is ideal for de-icing hangar door rails:

-Installed along both sides of the rails, it prevents ice formation and ensures unobstructed opening and closing.

-Can be combined with temperature and precipitation sensors for automatic and optimized activation.

-Parallel metal conduits can be used to simplify maintenance and replacement.

The MTF-based system ensures reliability, safety, and operational continuity, even under extreme winter conditions.

Constant Wattage Heating Cables – MiniTracer MTF are used in the following sectors:

-Chemical & Petrochemical

-Industrial Fluid Treatment

-Industrial Installations in ATEX or similar hazardous areas

-Energy Infrastructure and Technical Networks

-Machinery Manufacturers

-Food & Beverage Industry

-General Industry
