Cast-in aluminum band heaters are manufactured on the contact surface to ensure good heat transfer. They are available with holes for mounting on molds and tools.
Cast-in aluminum band heaters can be supplied with or without cooling ribs, or with integrated cooling tubes for water or oil cooling.
Those band heaters are particularly appropriate where humidity or condensation cannot be eliminated.
