Ceramic Flat heating elements, bare or shielded
Ceramic flat heaters, bare or shielded, can heat up to 600°C.
They can be used for direct or indirect heating, depending on the heating application.
Those heating elements are made of a resistive wire in 80/20 Nickel/Chromium alloy. Shielding is provided by stainless steel plates. Holes or notches are available. Fastening can be by holes or lugs.

Shielded or bare Ceramic flat heating elements are used for direct heating of trays, extrusion dies (rectangular bands) and other flat metal parts. For indirect heating, we can heat liquids and gases.
