Components specially designed for surface heating, including large areas requiring moderate power. These aluminum heating mats are particularly suited for applications needing frost protection and/or temperature maintenance up to 150°C.

The aluminum foil heater consists of a silicone or PVC heating cable embedded between two aluminum foil layers.

The integrated adhesive film offers strong adhesion on steel and plastics, ensuring easy application and excellent thermal transfer for uniform heat distribution.

Widely used in refrigeration and air conditioning sectors, this type of heater can also be customized to fit various technical solutions.

Available options include:

-Different specific power zones within a single element;
-Accessories for thermal regulation (thermostats, protectors, PT100 sensors, J/K sensors, etc.);
-Voltage range from 1V to 400V;
-Dual power supply option (115V–230V) for the same heating element;
-Insulation class: I or II;
-Protection rating: IP68.
