In heat pump applications and air conditioning or cooling systems, the compressor housing heater plays a vital role, especially in cold outdoor environments or freezing rooms.

This crankcase heater is designed to warm the oil inside the compressor housing, ensuring optimal system performance. When the unit is off, this device prevents refrigerant migration into the housing oil, thereby reducing the risk of mixing between these two fluids.

This preventive action is crucial to maintaining compressor integrity.

Additionally, the compressor housing heater helps prevent refrigerant condensation inside the housing, which could cause significant damage to the compressor. By maintaining an adequate temperature, the heater extends the equipment’s lifespan and optimizes its efficiency.

By integrating our compressor housing heater into your system, you ensure not only improved performance but also enhanced protection against extreme conditions.

Choose the compressor housing heater to guarantee the reliability of your air conditioning and cooling installations.

Compressor housing heaters are used in the following industries:

-Plastics and rubber industries

-Railway industry

-Machine construction

-Food processing industry

-Pharmaceutical and chemical industries

-Packaging

-Various industrial sectors
