Shielded Mica band heaters can be loaded up to 4 W/cm2 and reach temperature of 300°C.
For higher loads and temperature, we recommend our KE stainless steel or MK ceramic band heaters.
Our shielded Mica band heaters can be fitted with a J or K thermocouple, as required.
What's more, to facilitate installation and reduce space requirements, our band heaters can be manufactured with an output in the thickness, as shown on the drawing below.
