Waterproof band heaters in stainless steel
Waterproof Stainless steel band heaters are used to heat cylindrical parts. They are mainly used for plastic processing machines and for sandpit systems in railway industries.
Similar to the GS model, this waterproof band heater is also made of stainless steel with reinforced mica insulation.
As a result, this band heater can handle higher operating temperature on the heated part, and higher power ratings.

KE type stainless steel waterproof band heaters provide effective protection against PVC aggression.
Electrical connection is via a 2 conductor flexible cable + ground (Nickel wire + fiberglass) protected by a metal braid, standard length 500 mm.
Those band heaters can be fitted with a J or K thermocouple, as required.
