Mineral Insulated Heating Cables (MAL)
The MAL range of mineral insulated (MI) heating cables with an 825 alloy sheath has been developed to meet the specific need for a cable with high thermal capacity and electrical resistance values suitable for long circuit lengths.
To fulfill this requirement, we combined an 825 alloy sheath with heating conductors, enabling an operating temperature of 800°C with resistance values ranging from 2.1 Ω/km to 36,100 Ω/km per conductor.
These mineral insulated heating cables offer excellent mechanical strength and high corrosion resistance.
MAL mineral insulated heating cable is certified according to ATEX, IEC, IECEx, and CE standards, ensuring safe use in both hazardous and non-hazardous areas in compliance with international standards.

The MAL Mineral Insulated heating cable is recognized as the most durable electric tracing cable. It is designed to meet demanding temperature and power requirements.
Technical Features:
-Series resistance heating cable, single or dual conductor, insulated with magnesium oxide
-Cable length and conductor resistance determine the power output
-Constant power output, unaffected by temperature variations
-Very high resistance to fire damage
-High impact resistance
