Thanks to its self-regulating technology, it provides enhanced safety and optimal reliability, even in demanding industrial environments.
This self-regulating heating cable does not overheat or burn, even in the event of overlapping on itself.
Its output power automatically adjusts to the temperature of the substrate, ensuring controlled performance and long-lasting energy efficiency.
This self-regulating heating cable complies with EAC, ATEX, IEC, and CE standards, guaranteeing safe and regulated use according to European and international requirements.

The FailSafe Super self-regulating heating cable ensures optimal temperature maintenance up to 225 °C: easy to install, available up to 75 W/m, it provides a safe, high-performance, and durable solution even in the most demanding industrial environments.

FailSafe Super is available in power ratings of 15, 30, 45, 60, and 75 W/m, as shown in the graph below. The graph illustrates the nominal power at 230 V when installed on insulated metal pipes.

This self-regulating heating cable is designed for demanding industrial applications such as frost protection of pipes and tanks or process temperature maintenance. It automatically adapts to the temperature of the substrate thanks to its self-regulating technology, ensuring efficient performance while preventing overheating.
Available in power ratings from 15 to 75 W/m, it can be cut to length and installed quickly without special tools. A fluoropolymer-jacketed version (FSS-CF) is also available for corrosive environments.
