Longline (HTP3F) constant power heating cable provides reliable freeze protection and temperature maintenance for long pipelines up to 2 km. Designed for three-phase systems, it combines high thermal efficiency, simplified installation from a single power feed, and consistent performance up to 23 W/m, even at 600 V AC.

HTP3F constant power heating cable is ideal for freeze protection or temperature maintenance of medium to long pipelines, especially above-ground or buried water pipes. Thanks to its three-phase constant power design, it enables heating circuits of great length — up to 2 km — to be powered from a single point, thereby reducing costs related to wiring and distribution equipment.

Its flat conductor structure maximizes the heated surface area, limiting operating temperature for enhanced safety and extended system lifespan. HTP3F heating cable is well suited for industrial installations requiring power supply up to 600 V AC and consistent performance even under demanding conditions, with a maximum permissible temperature of 125 °C.
