MCN Mineral Insulated Heating Cables – Tmax 400 °C
The MCN range of mineral insulated (MI) cupronickel-sheathed heating cables has been developed to meet the specific requirement for a cable with high thermal capacity and electrical resistance values suitable for long circuit lengths.
To achieve this, a cupronickel sheath is combined with heating conductors, allowing an operating temperature of 400 °C with resistance values ranging from 4 Ω/km to 28,000 Ω/km per conductor.
MI heating cables offer excellent mechanical strength and are corrosion resistant.
The MCN mineral insulated heating cable is approved to ATEX, IEC, IECEx, and CE standards, ensuring safe use in both hazardous and non-hazardous areas in accordance with international requirements.
