The Freezstop Low Voltage Wide is a self-regulating heating cable, available in 12 V and 24 V, specifically designed for freeze protection and temperature maintenance of pipes and tanks in the construction, commercial refrigeration, and cold storage sectors.

Application Example:
In recreational vehicles such as caravans, motorhomes, or camper vans, water tanks, pipes, and valves must remain operational even in cold conditions.

Problem Example:
In freezing conditions, pipes can burst and damage the vehicle’s plumbing system, leading to costly repairs and vehicle downtime.

Solution:
Installing 12 V or 24 V electric heating cables wrapped around pipes, valves, or tanks maintains the desired temperature. Beyond freeze prevention, electric tracing also allows:

-Maintaining a constant temperature in tanks to prevent effluent solidification

-Ensuring stable temperatures in certain areas of the vehicle, such as the living compartment, for increased occupant comfort

Self-Regulating Heating Cables – Freezstop Low-Power FLVw are used in the following sectors:

-Outdoor Infrastructure

-Construction and Building

-Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration

-Agriculture

-Food & Beverage Industry
